The property is a four-star Radisson Blu Hotel at Disneyland in Paris. The hotel opened in 2005 and offers 250 rooms with a capacity of 765 people.
Pier 5 Hotel
The property was constructed in 1986, and is operated under Bühlmann, which portfolio consist of eight hotels. The property is referred to as Pier 5 Aalborg. The hotel is newly renovated in 2021 to a modern hotel that offers 154 rooms with great views of the city.

Hotel Astoria
The property is located in the city centre of Copenhagen next to the Central Station. It is an oblong building that dates back to 1935, and was designed as a station hotel for the Danish State Railways by Ole Falkentorp. It was built as the first luxury hotel in Copenhagen. Today the property is knowned as Hotel Astoria and offers 93 rooms.
Comwell Varbergs Kusthotell
The property is an upper scale coastal hotel located on the western shore of Sweden, situated an hour drive south of Gothenburg in the spectacular and beautiful landscape of Halland. Originally, the property hosted a sanatorium with the ourpose of treating children with tuberculosis. In the ealy 1990s, the property underwent an extensive rebuilding and renovation, and with the change of management in 1996 to Comwell, the property became known for its focus on health promoting spa and conferneces.

The property is peacefully situated in the countryside on Zealand – only 2.5 kilometers from the centre of Sorø. The property has 93 comfortable rooms and a modern interior with a focus on Scandinavian design. Just outside the door, you’ll find local vineyards and Denmark’s largest thatched roof.
Comwell Klarskovgaard
The property was constructed in 1969 and is operated by Comwell in Korsør’s beautiful nature and views of the sea, meadows, forest and the Great Belt Bridge. The hotel is an architectural and award-winning gem designed by architects Viggo Møller Jensen and Tyge Arnfred. The property offers 105 rooms in four different categories and the hotel has direct access to the beach.
Comwell Borupgaard
The property is located at Nørrevej 80 in Snekkersten and comprimises 15,024 sq. m. of GLA. The property is operated by Comwell Borupgaard. It was originally constructed in 1875 and 1988, but since our acqusistion, it has been extensive refurbished in 2006/2007 to the modern manor that it is today. The property has settings for both meetings and confrences as well as been a perfect weekend getaway to enjoy the spa facilities.
